What I build

Open one to see how it gets built.

    Automation Workflows

Follow-up that keeps working after you log off.

    Runs without you

    • Every enquiry gets chased, every time
    • Deals advance as the work actually happens
    • Nothing waits on you to notice
    • Works with the stack you already have

    CRM Setup

A GoHighLevel build your team stops working around.

    No training

    • Every record sits where you would look for it
    • Stages named after your real sales process
    • A new hire can run it on day one

    AI-Coded Funnels

Multi-step pages that carry a lead to a booked call.

    Fast turnaround

    • No step where people quietly drop off
    • Booking and checkout wired in
    • Ends in a booking, not a maybe
    • Lives and connects inside GHL

    AI-Coded Websites

On-brand sites that load quickly and hand over clean.

    Fast turnaround

    • Quick on a phone, not just your laptop
    • Connects straight into your GHL
    • You get the repository, not a rental

A lead arrives. Nothing after it waits on you.

Someone submits an enquiry. From there the call is booked, the reminders go out, and the record lands in the right pipeline, without anyone touching it.

Each one written up below.

  • Automations

Real screens from the GoHighLevel workflows I build. Six of them carry a lead from the first message to a closed deal.

  • The shape of a workflow

All six are built on the same spine, so a new one is a variation rather than a fresh guess.

Six workflows, one booking pipeline

Built in GoHighLevel. Published and running.

Every stage of a booking has a workflow behind it. An enquiry from Messenger or the site form becomes an opportunity with an owner on it; from there the pipeline moves itself through booked, attended, no-show, repeat or lost, and each move fires the follow-up that stage needs.

  1. 001

    New enquiry intake

A Messenger reply or a form submission tags the contact, finds or creates the opportunity, assigns an owner and notifies the team. An hour later it checks whether a booking happened and flags the ones that did not.

  2. 002

    Appointment booked

Confirmation email the moment the slot is taken, a reminder an hour later, and a final one after that.

  3. 003

    Attended

The team gets the notification, the client gets a thank-you, and the deal moves itself to Closed / Repeat.

  4. 004

    No show

A no-show email goes out, then the workflow checks for a rebooking after an hour and again two days later. Two days after that with still no booking, a last email goes out and the deal moves to Closed Lost.

  5. 005

    Closed / repeat

Tagged as a repeat client, then a promo email seven days later.

  6. 006

    Closed lost

The no-show tag comes off and three re-engagement emails go out at two weeks, then twenty days later, then thirty after that.

about.

Hi, I’m Jeffrey.

I build CRM and automation systems in GoHighLevel that help businesses manage leads, follow up consistently, and turn opportunities into conversations. I help businesses connect their CRM, automation, and outreach into one smoother process.

I work with CRM setup, pipeline management, automated follow ups, and workflow automation. GoHighLevel is the core, with n8n, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks around it, and I build systems that keep leads organized and moving through the pipeline.

I do not just generate leads. I also help build the CRM system behind the outreach, so businesses can track conversations, manage opportunities, automate follow ups, and avoid losing potential customers.

My goal is simple: create practical systems that help businesses generate leads, stay organized, and operate more efficiently.

Let's build your system

Tell me what you're trying to build, and I'll tell you how to get there.

Quick answers.

Still have one? Ask it in the form below.

What do you actually build?

Four things, and most clients start with one: automation workflows, a GoHighLevel CRM setup, a sales funnel, or a website. They tend to end up connected, because a funnel that does not feed the CRM is just a page.

Do I need to already be on GoHighLevel?

No. If you are, I build inside the account you have. If you are not, I can set it up, or wire what you do use through n8n, Zapier or Make instead. The point is that it runs on your stack, not that you move to mine.

What happens after I send this form?

It lands in my GoHighLevel as an opportunity with an owner on it – the same wiring you can see on in Projects above. You get a reply from me, not an account manager, and a straight answer on whether I am the right fit.

Where are you based?

Cagayan de Oro in the Philippines, GMT+8. That overlaps a full working day with Australia and Asia, and the early morning with Europe. For US clients the overlap is the evening my side, which I do work.

How do you price work?

It depends on the build, so I quote after we talk rather than off a list. Tell me what you are running now and what is still manual and I will come back with the shape of it and what it takes.

Tell me what you're building

Tell me what you're running now, what's still manual, and where it's leaking. I'll come back with how I'd wire it and what it takes to get there.

  • You'll hear back from me, not an account manager.
  • No pitch deck. A straight answer on whether I'm the right fit.
  • This form runs on GoHighLevel, the same wiring as in the case studies.

If the form does not load, email me. [email protected] reaches me just as fast.

Or just pick a time

Same answer, faster. Bring what you're running now and what keeps breaking, and I'll tell you on the call whether I'm the right fit.
